Shipping policy

All standard shipping within the United States is a set amount of $10. Shipping is free for all orders over $100.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days from the receipt of payment. This excludes weekends and holidays. Packages will arrive within 2-5 days once it has been shipped. All orders ship with USPS Priority Mail.

Missing Packages

Unfortunately, packages sometimes go missing in transit from the postal service to your home. These packages are often found within 2 days. If your package is being shown as delivered but you have not received the package, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm your shipping address in your Ali Reign confirmation.

2. Check your mailbox and all of the entrances to your home as sometimes the delivery driver will place the package in another safe place to help prevent thief.

4. If the 2 days have passed and your package is still missing, please contact the carrier service (USPS) and file a claim using your tracking number.
